Free shipping sitewide

Open District offers free shipping on every item and every order, with no minimum purchase and no shipping discount code required. Free shipping applies to destinations available at checkout and can be combined with SCARY25.

Transit time

Estimated transit is 5–10 business days after your order is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is a transit estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. International delivery, customs processing and carrier delays may take longer.

Production and processing

Production and processing happen before transit begins. Some items are made and shipped by Open District, while others are produced and shipped by our printing partners. Processing time depends on the design and fulfillment location. Your tracking information is provided when your order ships.

Separate packages

Items in one order may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages or at different times. Shipping remains free.

Holiday and event deadlines

If you need an item for Halloween or a specific date, contact us before placing your order. Do not assume an event arrival date unless it has been confirmed for your order.
